Using "Potential Development" "Developmentally Appropriate " and "Behavioral Change
Strategy" to help students is the goal of student affairs office. The basic of education
is discipline, and we can achieve our goal by the following 3 aspects: tough discipline,
humanistic system and creative activities.
1. Tough Discipline
Combined with power of every offices, parents and volunteers to make sure that students
should have featly, good manners, good rules and safety.
2. Humanistic System
We fulfill humanistic system to make teachers, students and parents to believe us.
We hope students
become loving people who can love themselves and love society.
Our school suffers toilet paper, hand cleanser, balls, CPR training. Students can
wear summer or winter uniform that depends on the weather. We open swimming pool
on free on Saturday. We relieve hair and shoes prohibition and popularize physical
education.
3. Creative Activities
We change our stubborn mental model and take place creative and student-centered
activities.
Every child is a unique student who has a particular skill and potential. We hope
we can create an environment which students can happily learning and find their
interests. We encourage and affirm students' effort, and hope students to be masters
of themselves.
